Sonic Announces Earnings, Dividends |

Sonic Automotive, Inc., has reported 2012 third quarter-adjusted earnings from continuing operations of $23.1 million for a 14.9 percent increase over the prior year results.
Sonic also announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share payable in cash for stockholders of record on Dec.14. The dividend will be payable on Jan. 15, 2013.
