| Kelley Says Factors Boost Sales |

 New-vehicle sales are expected to grow nearly 6 percent in 2013 to 15.3 million units overall, breaking the three-year trend of double-digit sales growth that has persisted since 2010, according to Kelley Blue Book.
Among the various factors contributing to the ongoing recovery, Kelley Blue Book believes that pent-up demand, high used-vehicle values, improving credit availability and low interest rates all have played a direct role in the auto industry's ability to outperform the economy. Each of these factors has been critical to-date and will continue to drive sales this year and beyond.

| AG Charges Dealer for ID Theft |

 The Missouri attorney general and Jackson County prosecuting attorney have filed 17 felony charges against a used-car dealer for a yearlong identity-theft scam, which spanned two states and involved more than $1 million in fraudulent car loans. The case appears to be the largest identity-theft prosecution ever brought by state prosecutors in Missouri.

| Half of Consumers Say Money Tight |

 Just half (50 percent) of consumers say they have enough money left over at the end of the month after paying for essentials according to the new, second installment of Allstate Financial's "Life Tracks" poll. More than four in 10 (41 percent) are living paycheck-to-paycheck while another 8 percent say they don't earn enough each month to pay for essentials. In the late December 2012 survey, responses pointed to an overall lack of financial management skills and resources, but a strong desire to do a better job in 2013.
