| Dealer Pays for Too High Doc Fees |

 An Indiana used-car dealer reached a settlement that could require him to pay more than $130,000 for overcharging buyers.
The settlement reached between the attorney general’s office and Auto Park of Plymouth, Ind., follows a joint investigation with the secretary of state’s office that found clients were being overcharged for document preparation as a condition of the sale and delivery of a motor vehicle. Auto Park has agreed to reimburse clients for the fees.
