Toyota sees sizable increase in pickup truck sales in May  Jun 3rd, 2013 

Toyota experienced a strong sales month in Tacoma and Tundra trucks. Toyota sold nearly 208,000 vehicles in the U.S. in May, which represents a 2.5 percent improvement over May 2012 sales. Toyota saw an even bigger bump in truck sales. Thats good news for San Antonio, which is home to a large Toyota pickup truck assembly facility. Auto Credit Reaches Four-Year High  Jun 3rd, 2013 

autoloanAccording to Equifax's latest National Consumer Credit Trends Report, balances on outstanding auto loans totaled $798 billion as of April, an increase of more than 8 percent from same time a year ago and a 51-month high.

The total number of loans stands at 59.8 million, nearly a four-year high.

copartCopart Inc. reported financial results for the quarter ended April 30.

For the three months, revenue, operating income and net income were $277.6 million, $82.8 million and $53.2 million, respectively.
